AISoLA: Conference Track Responsible and Trusted AI
The conference track at AISoLA takes place between October 30th and November 3rd in Crete, Greece. It focuses on the responsible and trustworthy development and use of AI systems, emphasizing the need to address their societal implications beyond just technical aspects. The conference track invites an interdisciplinary exchange among researchers from the fields of philosophy, law, psychology, economics, sociology, political science, and informatics to explore and debate the ethical, legal, psychological, and economic impacts of AI. The goal is to establish collaborations and deepen the discourse on managing the societal challenges posed by AI advancements.
Prof. Dr. Eva Schmidt, Lamarr’s PI and expert on trustworthy Artificial Intelligence is one of the track organizers. Furthermore, Sara Mann, research assistant in the Explainable Intelligent Systems project at TU Dortmund University (partner organization of the Lamarr Institute), is in the program committee. The event is co-sponsered by Springer and the TU Dortmund University.
