Lena Funcke

Lena Funcke studied physics at the University of Münster and the University of Cambridge. She completed her doctorate at the Max Planck Institute for Physics and LMU Munich in 2018. Before joining the University of Bonn as a professor, she spent four years as a postdoctoral researcher, first at the Perimeter Institute for Theoretical Physics and then at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Her research focuses on particle physics, cosmology, machine learning, and quantum computing.
