Fouad Alkhoury

Fouad Alkhoury is a researcher at the Lamarr site of the University of Bonn, where he also received a Master’s degree in Computer Science in 2021 with a focus on Machine Learning and Intelligent Systems. Before that, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Engineering.

His research focuses on optimizing machine learning models to develop efficient solutions without compromising predictive power. He leverages feature importance learning for both enhancing Graph Neural Networks to improve accuracy while reducing computational costs and developing compression techniques for tree-ensemble models, making them suitable for resource-constrained environments.
