The ELRA Language Resources Association and the International Committee on Computational Linguistics (ICCL) joined forces to organize the 2024 International Conference on Computational Linguistics, Language Resources and Evaluation (LREC-COLING 2024). Researchers and practitioners in computational linguistics, speech, multimodality, and natural language processing will be able to exchange information and ideas through both oral presentations and extensive poster sessions, complemented by a wide social program. The conference will take place in Torino, Italy between May 20th and 25th and it will be accompanied by a total of three days of workshops and tutorials held in the days immediately before and after. One of those workshops (“Bridging Neurons and Symbols for Natural Language Processing and Knowledge Graphs Reasoning” on May 21st) is co-organized by Rafet Sifa, Principal Investigator at the Lamarr Institute, Professor of Applied Machine Learning at the University of Bonn and head of the Media Engineering department at Fraunhofer IAIS.
