Hannover Messe 2025

From March 31 to April 4, 2025, Hannover Messe will take place, bringing together over 4,000 exhibitors, 1,600 speakers, and around 130,000 visitors as the world’s leading platform for industrial transformation. One of this year’s key topics is the use of artificial intelligence in industry. Through hands-on demonstrations, interactive tours, and expert presentations, the latest developments will be showcased – from autonomous robots to generative AI models.

Lamarr at Hannover Messe

The Lamarr Institute will be present at the fair, actively contributing to various exchange formats, particularly fostering international collaboration with this year’s partner country, Canada. Canada is a global leader in artificial intelligence, quantum physics, automation, and robotics. This partnership enables an inspiring exchange on sustainable technological advancements and the future of the industry.

Fraunhofer IAIS at Hannover Messe

One of our partner organizations, Fraunhofer IAIS, will present AI solutions specifically developed for the industry in collaboration with Fraunhofer CCIT, including:

• Automated surface inspection for detecting damages and defects in industrial production
• Generative AI solutions for use in autonomous AI agents and robotic systems (More information)

Additionally, Lamarr experts who are also part of Fraunhofer IAIS will be on site to share their expertise on trustworthy AI solutions and their applications in industrial settings. Fraunhofer IAIS will be located at Stand B24 in Hall 2.
