Dr. Christian Temath has been Managing Director of the competence platform KI.NRW since September 2020 and works at Fraunhofer IAIS in Sankt Augustin with his team to establish the brand “AI made in NRW” and strengthen the technological sovereignty of North Rhine-Westphalia. In his role as Chair of Transfer Committee, he also contributes his expertise to the Lamarr Institute for Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence and supports the close integration of excellent research with pioneering projects from industry.
As a PhD in business informatics, Christian Temath has many years of experience in management consulting in the field of technology as well as in the practical application of AI technologies at an international e-commerce company. His team of AI managers combines knowledge and experience from the fields of Artificial Intelligence, digitization, networking and consulting with the aim of facilitating the entry into AI for larger companies, medium-sized enterprises and start-ups.
