Politics Breakfast “Artificial Intelligence in (School) Everyday Life”

The Lamarr Institute for Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence supports the upcoming event organized by the Youth Council of the City of Iserlohn and invites all interested parties to the politics breakfast on Sunday, May 18. In this exciting session, we will focus on the topic “Artificial Intelligence in (School) Everyday Life.”

In an open and youth-friendly atmosphere, young people will have the opportunity to discuss socially relevant questions with experts. This time, we will address the opportunities, challenges, and impacts of AI on everyday school life.

Artificial intelligence has become an integral part of our lives—both in schools and in private settings. But how does it actually work? What potential does it offer for learning? What limitations should be considered? And how will AI influence the job market of tomorrow? We aim to explore these questions together with Vanessa Faber, a specialist from the Lamarr Institute. She will provide practical insights into the world of AI—clear and engaging.

The politics breakfast will take place from 11 AM to 1 PM at the Jugendkulturcafé Iserlohn (Brüderstraße 20). In addition to stimulating discussions, participants can look forward to a lovingly prepared breakfast featuring fresh rolls, scrambled eggs, fruit salad, homemade spreads, and much more. The café thus creates not only a space for discussion but also for enjoyment and connection.
