Workshop XAI4Sci: Explainable Machine Learning for Sciences

The XAI4Sci workshop for Explainable Machine Learning for Sciences will take place as a part of the 38th AAAI Conference on Artificial Intelligence on the 26th of February 2024 in Vancouver, Canada. Its goal is to bring together a diverse community of researchers and practitioners working at the interface of science and Machine Learning to discuss the needs for explainable Machine Learning models in support of science and scientific discovery. Katharina Beckh, research associate at the Lamarr Institute, will be speaking at the event. Her research focuses on human-oriented Machine Learning and she works with interactive learning algorithms and explainable language models.
