Dr. Georgiana Ifrim’s Keynote: 2nd TempXAI Workshop for Explainable AI in Time Series and Data Streams

On Friday, September 19, 2025, Dr. Georgina Ifrim will hold a keynote as part of the 2nd TempXAI workshop which is co-located at ECML-PKDD 2025 in Porto.

What to expect

The workshop includes paper presentations, discussions, and invited talks that deal with exploration of crucial intersection of Explainable AI (XAI) as well as challanges caused by time series and data streams. Additionally, this workshop aims to provide practical insights.

About the Speaker

Dr. Georgina Ifrim teaches as an Associate professor at the School of Computer Science at the University College in Dublin. Her research focuses on the development of scalpable machine learning and data mining methods. Currently, she is reseraching on the design of effective and interpretable learning models for sequential data as well as on text mining methods
