industry, at home, or in medicine, secure data storage and<\/p>\n
transmission become even more important. But how secure<\/p>\n
is this in practice, and do vendors comply with current law<\/p>\n
to adequately protect the users\u2019 or companies\u2019 data? We<\/p>\n
chose empatica\u2019s EpiMonitor as a \u2019smart\u2019 and medically cer-<\/p>\n
tified device to exemplify what such a technical assessment<\/p>\n
and legal analysis could look and which vulnerabilities may<\/p>\n
occur. This assessment and analysis are transferable to other<\/p>\n
