Die Wissenschaftlerinnen und Wissenschaftler des Lamarr-Instituts, die sich mit vertrauensw\u00fcrdigen Anwendungen der K\u00fcnstlichen Intelligenz besch\u00e4ftigen, sind daher Teil eines interdisziplin\u00e4ren Teams. Die Forschenden des Lamarr-Instituts sind sich bewusst, dass Datentransparenz eine wichtige Voraussetzung f\u00fcr Vertrauensw\u00fcrdigkeit ist. Weitere Schl\u00fcsselfaktoren f\u00fcr die Entwicklung vertrauensw\u00fcrdiger L\u00f6sungen sind Datenschutz, Fairness sowie Schutz vor Verzerrungen. All diese Faktoren stehen in Relation zum Zusammenspiel von Datenerfassung, Lernen und Modellverwertung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Interpretierbares und erkl\u00e4rbares Maschinelles Lernen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unser Ziel ist es, Modelle des Maschinellen Lernens zu entwickeln, die interpretierbar sind und erkl\u00e4rbare Ergebnisse liefern. Die Erkl\u00e4rungen m\u00fcssen an die spezifischen Bed\u00fcrfnisse der Nutzerinnen und Nutzer angepasst werden, z. B. durch Methoden der Visualisierung oder durch eine verst\u00e4ndliche Dokumentation. Dar\u00fcber hinaus m\u00fcssen KI-Systeme verifizierbar sein. Dies kann durch die Einbindung von Expertenwissen oder Simulationsergebnissen in das lernende System erleichtert werden. Traditionellere Methoden der Analyse und Verifikation von Programmen k\u00f6nnen angewendet werden, wenn KI-Systeme explizit als Code dargestellt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00fcfung auf Robustheit und Compliance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Schlie\u00dflich entwickeln wir Test- und Zertifizierungsverfahren, die St\u00f6rungen und gezielte Angriffe beinhalten, um die Robustheit zu bewerten. Wir arbeiten weiterhin daran, Benchmark-Daten zu sammeln und aufzubereiten, den Ressourcenverbrauch zu bewerten und die Konformit\u00e4t einer implementierten Pipeline mit der Theorie des Maschinellen Lernens zu testen. Die Umsetzung von Beweisen in Testverfahren ist eine Herausforderung f\u00fcr die zuk\u00fcnftige Forschung.
