Methodische Schwerpunkte sind die Entwicklung von Methoden zur Identifizierung neuer Wirkstoffe in virtuellen Datenbanken, chemische Sprachmodelle f\u00fcr das generative Design hochwirksamer Verbindungen mit gew\u00fcnschter biologischer Aktivit\u00e4t sowie chemisch intuitive Konzepte zur Begr\u00fcndung der Vorhersagen von Machine-Learning-Modellen. Praktische Bem\u00fchungen in der Arzneimittelforschung konzentrieren sich derzeit auf die Entwicklung neuer Inhibitoren f\u00fcr wenig erforschte menschliche Proteinkinasen f\u00fcr die Krebsbehandlung und Immunologie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">KI in Medizin und Gesundheitswesen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KI in der Medizin erfordert Modelle, die vertrauensw\u00fcrdig, erkl\u00e4rbar und datenschutzkonform sind. Bei Lamarr entwickeln wir theoretisch fundierte Methoden, die Kausalit\u00e4t f\u00fcr kontrafaktisches Denken und Erkl\u00e4rbarkeit integrieren, auch in Grundlagenmodellen. Gemeinsam mit klinischen Partnern entwerfen wir f\u00f6derierte und dezentrale Ans\u00e4tze, die ein sicheres multizentrisches Lernen mit sensiblen Gesundheitsdaten erm\u00f6glichen. Unser Ziel ist es, modernste KI in zuverl\u00e4ssige Tools zu \u00fcbersetzen, die durch Fr\u00fcherkennung und robuste Entscheidungsunterst\u00fctzung die Patientenversorgung direkt verbessern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Erkl\u00e4rbare KI in interdisziplin\u00e4rer Forschung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Einfluss von KI in den interdisziplin\u00e4ren Forschungsbereichen Lebenswissenschaften, Arzneimittelforschung und Medizin h\u00e4ngt ma\u00dfgeblich von der Verwendung computergest\u00fctzter Ergebnisse f\u00fcr Versuchsplanung und praktische Anwendungen ab. Durch die B\u00fcndelung von Fachwissen aus verschiedenen Forschungsfeldern treibt das Lamarr-Institut die erkl\u00e4rbare KI im Bereich Life Sciences and Health voran, um Vorhersagen zu rationalisieren und sie in experimentell \u00fcberpr\u00fcfbare Hypothesen f\u00fcr kausale Schlussfolgerungen zu \u00fcbersetzen.
